As they say in drag racing, you'll spend 10% of your budget getting the first 90% of your horsepower, then spend 90% of your budget getting that last 10% of horsepower. To get the 2.5" piping to really work for you, you're looking at not only new throttle bodies, but MSP manis..which means an engine pull.. and expensive new 2.5" intercoolers. Using conservative math, this is going to add up to about $3000 (parts and labor if someone else is doing the work). If all of this is being done to 15 year old, tired stock turbos...and one of the turbos gives way, you're likely talking another engine pull. Once an engine pull is being considered...that's the time to have serious cash in the bank so you can put all the goodies on at once. I'm not knocking 2.5" piping...just pointing out that the pipes alone may not return the horsepower you're hoping for.
